Review HR organisation and priorities

We assisted our client (1000 collaborators), to design an HR organisation aligned with the goals of the company and the HR priorities. The aim was to improve the services level against internal clients. Our intervention lead to precise HR priorities and resize HR team.

  • Step 1 : workshops to define missions, goals and HR priorities, describe existing HR processes and assess the time dedicated to each activities
  • Step 2 : run interviews with services responsibles to understand their expectations and cross them with HR department point of view
  • Step 3 : detail HR priorities (build the map of HR transformations) and size needed teams
  • Step 4 : ask executive committee to validate priorities and proponed sizing
